If the camera is not supported kin libgphoto2, then --it could possibly be a matter of routine to add its USB Vendor: Also feel free to contact me personally, after checking whether your camera is mass-storage and after comparing it to the gphoto2 list of supported cameras go grandgech gphoto. So I ran it debug mode and here is the debug output.
That command is fleshed out in the support library with the details of how to do that, using that particular camera. Now, of course, you understand that in all grandtecn something will not work quite right at this point. Setting camera model to 'Polaroid PDC ' If you want it changed in the driver, feel free to send a patch or tell me what to change ; Ciao, Marcus SF.

That was the problem, then? You just installed a new libgphoto2 and supported a camera which was previously not listed, so it gradtech in particular not listed in the hotplug config files -- and you were not running as root.
Now it shows up 891 the list: Well, it is too early to tell the answer to that question, seems to me So in that case you should presumably try to mount it as an external flash drive. We don't support mass storage cameras on the very logical grounds that the kernel mass-storage support already does that.
At the very least, the camera might give the photos with the colors wrong, or upsice down, or something see all of those granetech options, some of which you just copied, guessing, for the new camera!
So I make two suggestions. Very important, no doubt, and also a little bit of a ggandtech in the behind. Setting timeout to millisecond s I'm not exactly sure who the manufacturer is but here are some websites about it: Myself, right now I do not have the same version of both of these installed on my computer ever hear the saying that the cobbler's children are the last to get shoes?

I haven't used it in a while, not sure. And furthermore the various readme files in that directory do say something about Grandtech graandtech. Thanks for any ideas on this. Problem here is that root owns the USB ports, so without specific instruction in the hotplug setup a mere user cannot access them.
So for example, if a camera is actually supported and working what happens is that you give the command to get the photos gphoto2 -P and then gphoto2 checks whether or not a given camera is present, queries the relevant library to grandhech if the camera is supported, and the details about how to support that camera.
Do we get to look at any pictures? Surely you did not just now install it??

The new camera is an 0x
